Today I have a card for you that I made a while ago. It was a commission for a friend at work for her Daughter's 21st. She was giving her money as she was saving for a new car so wanted a car to feature.

This is a fantastic card,I like how there is an inside and out. I am now trying paper quilling cards,have you ever tried this technique?
